Aparato is where Shery builds the automation itself. Workflows, integrations, and systems that run inside your practice every day. The same standard from Section I applies here without exception: we choose our own tools deliberately, we document everything, and we hand it over fully. What we build returns your time, not our billing hours.
Why We Build This At All
We are not interested in AI as a replacement for your judgment, your relationships, or your team. We have watched too many companies sell that story to people who then lost the thing that made their work worth doing.
What we build instead is the invisible scaffolding. The repetitive flows, the admin weight, the parts of your practice that were never the reason you started it. We take that off your plate so you have more of yourself left for the work that actually needs a person: taste, judgment, relationship, care.
Every system we build is documented and owned entirely by you when we're done. Not a subscription that quietly becomes load-bearing. Not something you have to trust us to maintain forever. If we disappeared tomorrow, what we built for you would still run, and you would still understand it.
That's the whole test we hold ourselves to. If a tool makes you smaller, more replaceable, more dependent, we don't build it. If it gives you back time, clarity, and room to do the work only you can do, it belongs here.

Some of what Shery builds is a system that picks up the phone. For practices where every call carries weight, a dispatch request, an intake, a scheduling gap, an AI answering system means nothing goes to voicemail during the hours your team can't be everywhere at once.
It runs on real telephony infrastructure, keeps the phone number your clients already know, and hands off immediately to a person whenever a call carries something a machine shouldn't handle alone.
Setup is a one time build, not a subscription. Where the system carries an ongoing cost, it's usage based, never a flat monthly fee.
